September 2006
This summer has kept me very busy despite the miserable weather. I have managed to sell a large number of pictures and cards through local outlets and have also exhibited at some shows including the May Fair at North Curry, Yesterday’s Farming Show and at the Newton Price Exhibition in St. Albans, Hertfordshire.
I’ve also had a number of commissions for house portraits and some commercial work involving agricultural machinery - not to mention the monitor calibration and Photoshop tuition !
Of my many trips out, I have enjoyed travelling around the Quantocks and Exmoor taking some new panoramic landscapes of the moors and famous landmarks such as Tarr steps :
My most memorable trip, however, has been to the Yeovilton Airshow where I was lucky enough to have a ringside view allowing me to take many great pictures of the aerobatic displays including the famous Red Arrows :
I have finally started to add some of these new pictures to my website and have created some new galleries.
One last piece of news is that we have a new arrival to the family, a new Jack Russell puppy whom we have named ‘Badger’ for obvious reasons. He is currently only nine weeks old, very photogenic and is definitely making his mark around the house ! I will post more pictures of him as he grows up.
Thank you all for your custom and please come and visit my website again soon !
